This time of year motivates me to spring clean - not just my house, closets, cupboards, but also my brain. It is the perfect time to check-in and reset course for the coming months.
I always find myself reflecting on my "New Years Resolutions" or, as I prefer to call them, areas of focus for the year, around this season change. I tend to realize at this point where I need to refuel and which parts of my life are humming along smoothly.
The best way to do this, I find, is outside, appreciating the beautiful weather, on a walk, run, or hike. Getting outside and exploring what is working and what needs tweaking makes me feel like I am back on course for the coming months.
