This week I am going to be away for work. While I know my hubby has got it covered, with a little help from our support system (thanks everyone!), I also know that in order to set myself up for success I need to do a few things.
Today, I spent the day scrubbing toilets, baking muffins, grocery shopping, prepping meals, laying out clothing, packing dance bags etc. You would think I am doing this for those around me, and while it will make their week easier, I am truly doing it to give me the emotional confidence to know that my family has it covered it this week.
I am curious how you support yourself during transition or change in routine, so that you can show up as your very best self?
P.S. Did anyone notice the fall leaves changing this week?!?!
