Today's tip is to pick just one thing. One, single thing.
First, take a moment to envision your most confident, rested, fabulous self. What moment in your life did you feel like you had the balance all figured out?
Now, what was the top 'thing' that made you feel that way. For me, blowdrying my hair makes all the difference, for some it is make-up application, others it was an awesome workout or run that had that morning, perhaps it was a great yoga class or a morning meditation ritual. It might have been taking 10-minutes out for a coffee/ tea and a good book.
Find that one 'thing' that you would say contributed most to you feeling balance, confident and fabulous in that moment you first envisioned.
Now, how can you carve out a little time each day to incorporate that one thing? It is just one thing - you can find the time!
