Often when we drill down into it, a no feels negative where a yes feels positive (even if that positive high only lasts a moment, until the sick feeling of - can I actually deliver creeps into our minds).
Starting Sunday we will be sharing a 'No? No! No.' Tip every, single day. To help reframe the idea of saying no, understand why we say yes, and reset the emotions attached to 'yes' and 'no'. By the end of next week you will have seven say no tips under your belt!
