Sit down and place reminders in your calendar to give your friends a phone call over the coming weeks, perhaps you schedule 1 or 2 per week. You decide the frequency.
When the reminder 'dings', treat it like a scheduled appointment (Note: set the reminder during nap time, break time at work, or after bedtime for your little one(s) where action is possible).
Pick up the phone and connect with your friend, catch-up and perhaps set a future time for a dinner-date, playdate, or meet-up.
