Today, as I wear my many hats, I don't have hours to spend sitting treetop writing away, but I still find that writing down my thoughts helps me stay on-course and course correct when I find myself getting off track.
Lately, I have found the practice of writing down one or two words in my journal, phone notes page, or on a parking lot paper on my desk has been invaluable. While I am not getting all my thoughts out. It allows me to think through my day, funnelling it all down, and then write down a few words about what I am walking away with. I find when I look back the next days, those few words remind me of exactly what I was thinking and where I need to reflect.
Many Mammas I speak with don't have time to block in their calendar for journaling, I understand. What habit can you start today that can give you the benefit of a quick check-in to ensure you stay on track with your 2017 goals?
