This week the New York Times published this article which highlights the apprenticeship programs that are being launched in the finance and law sectors to support women, who have taken a career break for children, re-enter the workforce.
The article sites a study of "high-achieving women [which] found that 31 percent voluntarily left the workforce between 2004-2009."
