What a terrific reminder to focus in on the good, the things in life that truly make you happy!
Start today off with happiness. A few suggestions:
1. Find a photograph that, when you look at it, makes you fill with happiness. Keep it close to you all day, or perhaps even make a wallet sized copy so you have it with you always.
2. Wake-up and start your day by doing something that makes you happy. Personally, I started my day with a run along a very quiet river path.
3. Close your eyes and visualize one of the happiest moments in your life. Remember how you felt and let those emotions fill you again. Happiness :)
