This holiday, I want issue a challenge to all of us. Let's challenge ourselves to feel energized and revitalized by the holiday season.
- Own your holiday schedule - Create a calendar that supports you and makes you feel excited for the holiday events
- Take time to fill your tank - Build in time for you to connect with your partner and family quietly, take the moments you need to feel ready to show up complete for the busy moments and events (perhaps that means building time in for the gym or a yoga class)
- Photograph the important moments - As the special moments happen, take a mental photograph, they often help us to really remember and take in the moment fully
