"What one thing will you do to make today even better than it was going to be?"
The answer might be a brisk lunchtime walk, devouring a chapter of a book I am reading, a snuggle on the couch with my daughter, or a quick online shop for a new shirt.
When things are chaotic and overwhelming, focusing on that one thing and executing it makes me feel that little bit more in the drivers seat of my life. It makes me feel something was checked off my to-do list, and gives me power in the fact that I did something for me that day.
