This is the time that we clean the house, do laundry, organize extra-curricular activities, send emails, follow-up phone calls, unpack boxes etc.
When we operate in this way, accompanied with caring for our little ones, interrupted sleep, professional commitments, and then action packed evenings it is easy to quickly feel exhausted.
Today's Tool Tuesday is a challenge; Find an opportunity this week to give yourself permission to take a break after bedtime or during nap time. Use this time to do whatever you want to for yourself (think self-care activities). Give yourself a chance to refuel. You will find the rest of the week will feel easier and lighter.
