Often in life we let our feelings and emotions about something or someone carry over to the next day with us. We write off a colleague because of an action they took, and hold on to that moment permanently. We try a new exercise class at the gym, don't like it, and decide exercise classes at the gym are not the right fit. Perhaps we decide as parents we aren't good at something and so pass that on to our partners or support system to takeover.
